Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items returned without original tags

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received, TNT Fashions will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
